1. Rates: All rates quoted are on a per room basis with two people sharing and include full English breakfast and VAT.
  2. Check-in is between 2:00 to 8:00 pm and we cannot accept check-ins or left luggage at other times.
  3. Check-out is between 8:30am and 10:30 am.
  4. Children: Children are welcome. Cots and extra beds can be added to certain rooms at a supplementary cost. Please make enquiries.
  5. Dogs: We are fully dog friendly so there may be dogs in any of the public rooms. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog. Dogs are free of charge when booked direct through our website, over the phone or via email. There will be a £10 a night charge when booking using any third party website / online travel agent.
  6. Wi-Fi: Our broadband is limited by our location so you may not be able to do more than access your emails
  7. Cancellations: if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival there will be no charge but if cancellation is made within 14 days prior to the day of arrival or in the event of a no show we reserve the right to apply the full charge or part thereof to your card. If we can re-let the room then we will refund the charge.
  8. Non-Smoking:  In accordance with the law we operate a strict no smoking policy and reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay should this not be observed.  If we find evidence that smoking has taken place in any guest room a charge of £250 will be added and any damage to the carpet, furniture or furnishings will be charged at replacement/repair cost. The fire alarm will also be activated.
  9. Food: We do not allow take away food to be consumed in the bedrooms or anywhere else on the hotel premises and reserve the right to make a charge in relation to any damage to the room furnishings or to additional room cleaning that might be necessary after a breach of this condition.
  10. Room Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to their allocated room/s, its furnishings, fixtures and fittings and equipment in such rooms by any act, omission, default or neglect of the customer and shall pay to the Hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
  11. Personal effects: Guests are personally responsible for their personal effects and that the hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damages caused.
