Ravenstone Manor Hotel, Bassenthwaite is a generous and characterful 19th century manor and hotel in three hectares of grounds backing onto the foothills of Skiddaw and looking west across the valley to Bassenthwaite lake and the fells beyond.
We aim to provide a comfortable atmosphere free of formality. Quiet, relaxed, and far away from the bustle of everyday life, Ravenstone Manor Hotel is also one of the most dog-friendly hotels in the Lake District. They are treated just the same as other hotel guests. When booking direct through our website, over the phone or via email dogs will be free of charge. Booking through a third party /online travel agent will incur a cost of £10 a night when bringing a dog.
